- I have had the exact same experience. Charged 49.95 for a product I never ordered. I have returned it to them as instructed but so far no deposit into my account. What has anyone else done?

- Yeah, these folks got my wife for $299.70. Same story: never ordered, no paperwork sent, billing from different "SUPPORT.COM" names. Checked out a few on the Internet -- they all look like they were designed by the same person, and they all say the exact same thing (contact them with specific information, etc.). Anyhow, looked up a few of the domains from these different sites and all have the same Domain IP address (178.239.50.170) out of the Netherlands. Maybe some IT-type out there can explain what that means :-) I wouldn't expect any refund if you return the product, and I suggest working with your bank or credit card company to resolve the unsolicitied charges. This is abviously a bonifide scam. I just want to know how these (Inappropriate Content Removed) got my information.
