They claim 1000s of winner each day and all kinds of products of every kind.

There are times when I have logged on that there were only one item nearing the end of an auction where bid success is possible.
There were only about 34 total items available in all catergories
for the 24 hour period and are almost always the same items.
No way could there be over a thousand winners for on day!
The search feature is a joke because there are very limited items.
The total collected by Grabswag is 75 cents per 1 cent added to the bid price of the item. They collect sometimes hundreds of dollars for a 50 dollar item plus they charge shipping and handling fees.
I need to know the best way to get my money back from this scam company.

  • Good luck on getting your money back. I bid and won several items and they never shipped to me. They claimed my account was flagged as "fraud" and would not honor my wins. After 2 months of numerous calls and emails, they finally said they would credit my account for all charges. I am still waiting for all the credits.
