Dan Gaub lied to me and conned me into giving him my life savings and my parents too. We are going to lose everything. Our home and retirements were with this man who pretended he cared about us and was a good Christian man. It was all a lie and he would not give our money back. Always telling us stories about being stuck over seas. From talking with other victims his stories never lined up. He told them the money was stuck in Europe, me he said Panama, then other guy said he told him the money was stuck in Switzerland. Bottom line he told me and sent an text that he had $630K he was going to give to me the day before he died. When that did not come, he ran like a rat and committed suicide. People claiming cross winds are out of their mind. As a motor cycle rider I can tell you that is B.S.! The man was a rat and refused to do what is right! Could not face all his victims! I just saw stories on a place called fraudandscam.com should check that out too. Man he lines up with the steps and signs of a con man!

- you had better hope you have some facts/documentation to back up these claims... otherwise you could already a few shovel fulls into a hole for slander/libel. dan's name is still associated with the company he built and if your factless/evidenceless accusations were to affect that business negatively in anyway that could be bad for anyone caught on the wrong end of that..... if you have some facts, I'm sure anyone reading would be more than interested in seeing them..... like proof you invested with dan to begin with, that'd be a good start... Also, can i ask? why would dan (according to you.....) offer you 630 THOUSAND DOLLARS if you SUPPOSEDLY only invested and lost 100 thousand dollars in the company? so lets see some facts, otherwise you'd do well to make sure you aren't slandering anyone before you go posting accusations online (i just cant help but notice how FACTLESS your post seems to be..... its hard to get over...).

- Looking for the truth??? The Net is littered with updated info on Scam Man Gaub! You actually have the audacity to demand proof from someone who invested? There are swarms of people crying "FOUL" with the same story. Do you think people just want to pick on a dead guy for the fun of it??? Facts are that Gaub owed more than 167k to the IRS. Facts are FBI seized his assets. Facts are surfacing every day that he was an evil genius who preyed on the decent. He further proved his deceitful and narcissistic self by making his suicide look like an accident. He truly thought the world to be filled with morons and that no one would figure it out. Wretch!

- If they are not lying, then they are hiding something (ill gotten gains, or they scammed someone to get the funds for claimed investment etc)
