The advert is a fraud and said nothing about charging a fee for entering the compatition for a free ipad, or I would not have entered my phone number. Stupid mistake! They took £4:50 three times yesterday from my phone and £4:50 again this morning, 18/05/2012. I was so mad that I called them to cancel again, because I had already done that on their web sight yesterday. An American woman answered, sounded very uninterested and asked my name and number. I said they had ignored my cancelation notice and tobe sure they cancelled my nimber from their records straight away, she went quiet then said that it had been done, but I'm not sure and am very worried about topping up my phone now, because anything I put on they just take. This is theft isn't it because I did not agree to it in the first place. What can we do about this?
