On 3-13-12 and 4-13-12 there was a 9.99 charge each time for Click Gen. Knowing that I had not charged anything to my cell phone, I called T Mobile the first month to inquire what the charge was for and they told me it was for some kind of ring tone or wallpaper purchase and they could not credit this back. They gave me the phone number for Click Gen to call for a credit. I called them and they said they could not tell me exactly what the charge was for and they could not credit back my T Mobile account but that they would issue a refund check to my home which would take 3-4 weeks. Knowing that I would probably never see a refund, I called back to T Mobile and told them they should credit me back and put a block on my account so that this doesn't ever happen again. They said they could not refund me because the charge was from a 3rd party provider but would block my account. The next month's bill came and again there was a charge for 9.99. I called back to T Mobile and complained that they had not blocked my account as promised and that I was not paying the 9.99 again since they did not block the account and I was also deducting the first 9.99 that I had already paid them from the month before. I was then transferred to a supervisor who was rude to me at first but I demanded they issue a credit for both charges or I would disconnect my service of 12 years with them. The supervisor said he was sorry that I felt that way and that I wanted to discontinue my service. But the interesting part was when I told the supervisor that I had no way of stopping the charges and that only T Mobile could do this and that they had the power to credit back the charge because I was writing a check to T Mobile and they were receiving my money and paying this money to Click Gen, he replied that T Mobile only sends part of that money and keeping a part of the money for their share. So I told him that T Mobile is then obviously part of the scam and that's when he started to back down and agreed to credit my account $20. So, I won't know if he really did credit my account until I get my next bill or look online.
