Ordered phone and service online from Cricket. They took the money out of my account and I still haven't received the phone. I put in my order on May 9, 2012; checked box for free overnight delivery. I was told that estimated delivery would be on May 11, 2012. As of this time I am still waiting on the phone. Tried to call Cricket but that is a joke, I keep getting put on hold and passed from one person to the next. All I want is my phone and service, that's all I ask for. Is it that hard to get the phone to me as promised??

- Having issues with Cricket like many people. If you want no contract, $49 a month unlimited talk, data, and text on a 4G network, why don't you use a service that at least pays you back for being a customer. Ditch Cricket. Take a look at this new service www.unlimitedtalkdatatext.com . It uses the t-mobile 4g network. Much better coverage than cricket, and you can get paid each month to use the service. Take a quick look, and feel free to ask me any questions. My family just made the switch and we love it!
