I received a letter and survey from these scammers from Canada and a fake check for $1,978.67. The address on the letter states that they are from 80 Southwest 8th Street, Miami, FL 33131.
They want you to cash their fake check, then spend part of it on shopping at retail stores, fill out their fake attached "shopping survey" Send $1,280.00 back to them by Western Union (who charges $98.67) for the service by calling a phone #1-305-328-9457. I called this number and told them that they are "Scammers" and that they better knock it off!
