Called them shortly after I saw the charge on my credit card online.
1-800-935-9935 and then 1-866-858-8809.
Got a cancellation confermation number of 203577052 and the charge was supposed to be dropped or credited to my account.
Well the charge went through back on 07/11/2011 with no credit to this date.
