In October I received a call from Eric Phillips of United Home Solutions. My current home rate was 8% and he could reduce it to 2.7%. He said the process would take three months. The wired the money and they sent me a bunch of forms to fill out and fax back to them. I completed the forms and faxed them back. The was the last I heard from them. I have called many times and they kept saying the loan modification is in review. Months went by and I kept getting the same answer. Now no one answers the phone they have you leave a message but never return calls. I am retired on a fixed income and it was a horrible thing they did to me and my family.
