I have an email invoice confirmation that states that my payment is still "pending unilateral" (even thouhgh they already credited my paypal acct.) and that my order is still "processing". I've written several times just for a shipping update, but I don't think I'll ever hear from them again. I should have stuck to my 1st instincts about this company. I googled their customer service address and it appears to be a sham address. Dishonest people suck.

their real address is in China, see below. Most scam sites are setup for one year and have no phone number to call just by email. If youpaid by credit card, tryo to get hold of the credit card company and file a dispute charge. If you get anything from this site, it woudl be a cheap knock-off.
