I just looked at my bank statement and saw where i was overdrafted because of a $30.00 check i had not autherized to capitol advance/capitol payday. In fact, I had never even heard of them till now. I had applied through payday loans website for a small($200.00) loan to hold me over on fuel till payday. But, I have not autherized any agency to make any kind of withdraw from my account. Now not only do I have a $30.00 draft not autherized , I have a $35.00 fee for insufficient funds also. I thought there were laws protecting people from this sort of thing?

Update: 05/17/2012

After contacting capitol advance, I was told my money would be refunded to my account and the overdraft would be removed.

Update: 05/17/2012

Do not trust online loans. Too much info is shared with all kinds of supposed loan companies.

Update: 06/13/2012

I did not receive my refund as promised and have been put off for another 3-5 days, while their billing dept. checks into it. At first it was 10-15 business days from the first report and I'm still waiting.
