Received a cold call from a young lady about selling my time share., she immediately put me on the call with Carmen De Sacio and I was told that the labor day week=end was filled with lots of people that wanted to buy time shares and the one I had would be perfect to sell quickly and that I would receive x amount of money in the form of a check within 14 days.
BUT.....I would have to send him $600.00 to cover all cost and advertising. Since then until now 5-15-2012 I have not seen any money and each time I call him he tells me that it will be soon. I have called and called and called. Now I cannot get any answers on the telephone numbers I have. Operator tells me to call back later or this number is not in service.
I am and 79 yr old female and told Carmen I needed the money and had to sell my timeshare and he said not to worry he can do that.
He is a liar and a cheat.
