I Ordered the products on 4th April, 2012 and as the product was making no difference to my weight whatsoever I rang the number on the leaflet on 17th April. I was told to return the items before 26th April so as not to incur any charges and they gave me a tracking number to put on the outside of the package, and posted it back to them that day. I was told that when the products were received by them they would email me that the account was closed. I received an email to this effect on 27th April and on 30th April they took £75 from my account without my permission and after the accouint had been closed! I have contacted them by phone on 3 occasions and the staff have been offhand and extremely unhelpful and because I didnt send them back by recorded delivery they say they cannot track by returned items and in effect they have not received them, so they charged me £75! This is despite them being able to access my account with the tracking number they gave me! I have tried to find out who the CEO is to write directly to them, but my searches have yielded nothing, as it seems the company doesnt exist in the name of Nutrascience. I am at a loss as to what to do next. I feel such a fool being scammed like this!
