i have been an account now holder for the last 3 years. I always used the direct deposit option to have my tax refund. This year they let me access my tax refund amount for 2 months then they put a hold on my funds. I contacted them and they could not give me a reason as to why my funds are being held. I caled the risk dept and they also could not inform me of the problem. They told me to send my DL SSN bill in my name and a copy of my W2. I then asked them how can I forge a Government check with my name and social that is directly deposited into my account from the IRS. Where is the ligic in this???????? If anybody can help me lift the hold on my account please contact me at (Personal Information Removed)
