The same thing happened to me. When I noticed that the website charges 99 dlrs. to bid I canceled my transaction; however, that was not good enough since they charged my credit card anyway without my permission. I've contacted the Delaware Department of Justice (thanks for the site) and reported this website, contacted the website and demanded a refund (pending) and contacted my credit card (pending investigation). This website is counting on people not checking their credit card bill and is very misleading. The website lacks truth in advertising.
