Sticky Buddy

On 4/20/12, I ordered from stickybuddy.com two handheld & two compact sticky buddies (according to TV ad and their website, is supposed to be buy one, get one free if you pay $6.99 shipping & handling for second set). Order somehow went through as me owing $40.97 instead of $24.97 so the next day I called them and they said they would reorder it to remedy this. Finally I received the product on 5/11/12 but realized they had sent me the wrong items. I received only one handheld and one compact size and then a larger sticky buddy with a telescopic handle meant for use on the floor I guess. Since I didn't want this and really wanted the second set of handheld and compact for gifts, I called customer service (1-800-777-4034). I had to try several times to actually get through but finally spoke with a rep. who argued with me for at least 10 min. that since I had already received 2 sticky buddies (even though one was not the correct product), there was nothing they could do. He put me on hold several times and then told me he would have a member of upper management email me within 24-72 hrs. I felt that this would get blown off so insisted that he let me talk with a supervisor now. He finally agreed and after waiting another 5 minutes, spoke with a supervisor who was equally as rude, argumentative, and unhelpful. I read to her exactly what it said on the website and she argued that it didn't say that. She offered to send me $5 for the inconvenience but after more arguing, she finally agreed to send me the handheld and compact sticky buddies that I had ordered and paid for in the first place! What a racket! We'll see if they actually send them to me!
