I ordered the free sample for $6.95 in March. I was told I had one month to
cancel if not satisfied. The sample took 3 weeks to arrive. Before I received my sample I call 1-800-320-2983 to cancel the order. I spoke to Karen on April 2
and received cancellation number E10411.
When I received my credit card statement another charge for $86.62 was on
my account. Made on 18 April.
Now I find the toll free number is not working. I need the order cancelled and I also need the charge of $86.62 CAD ($84.99 USD) to be credited back
