International boundaries

I responded to an advert on 1 January for a free trial. The free trial had not arrived by 13 January so I called and cancelled the agreement, demanding a refund of the £4.95 postage. The £ 4.95 was refunded and I though that was the end. In March they debited GBP 69.95 PLUS USD 69.95. I complained to my credit card company and was refunded. In April they debited USD 69.95 again. I again complained to my credit card company.

I have tried calling them but was put on hold for 15 minutes when I gave up. Other calls said their offices were closed, although it is supposed to be UK time opening.
