Below was copied from my claim submitted to PayPal.

5/6/2012 16:02 PDT - Buyer: Seller offered shoes for a specific price. Included in the price was the seller's statement that the shoes would be sent to me, free of all shipping charges. Additionally, tracking information would be provided for related documentation and searches.I authorized PayPal to satisfy the purchase contract on the recorded date. I have not received any tracking information nor have received the product. The seller/shipper has not responded to my email requests for information.At this time, I request that my credit card service provider and PayPalbe advised that I consider this seller to be less than forthright with no intention to provide the shoes purchased by me and, in fact, is unable to do so--whether intentionally or unintentionally. Please let the record show that I wish to commence with any and all actions necessary to recapture my sent USD funds sent to this seller.Thank you for your time.

On Friday, 11 May, 2012, I did receive an international ePacket shipment from China. USPS Del Com LN003440655CN.
This packet measures aprox 4"x6" and weights aprox 2oz.

This packet was not opened as a precaution to the appropriate handling requirements for a return to sender per USPS Postal regulations.

As this packet does not contain the ordered shoes per this subject transaction, there may be reasonable cause to suspect that this transaction is part of a larger picture--illegal in nature.

Pending results from PayPal investigation, Visa review, and direction from the USPS, I will keep this packet in my possession as
"best evidence".

Below I have copied a page which may prove of some interest in the overall.

My request for USD100.00 refund I consider fair compensation for the non-shipment of the product ordered and for the time expended by me, PayPal, and Visa, to address this matter. The USD100.00 award does not exclude me from my participation in any further actions from additional/like offended parties nor does it exclude me from pursuing additional actions, to the detriment of """..Kelly-mall..." et.al., to recover my good name and credit from VISA.

As of this date and submission, I have not received an answer from my several email queries of the shipper/seller.

I hereby request that PayPal rule in my favor and credit my account with my requested award.

  • the same thing happened to my wife. I am waiting to hear from Paypal. I have told Paypal it is a waste of money to pay for tracking to return a sponge to China. I think we should ship the sponges to Paypal so they can ship the sponges back to China in one pkge. I am waiting to hear from Paypal. USPS wanted $53 UPS wanted over $100

  • Thanks Mark for your comments. I like the idea of sending the sponges to PayPal.
    I too am waiting for PayPal to process my claim. My VISA card has been advised of the pending matter and will, no doubt, be required to enter the case.
