I ordered a pair of black high top Supra tennis shoes for my daughters dance recital costume through 2011supras.com which went through realypay.com and when we finally received them they were white and not even the correct style. I sent them over 10 emails telling them the problem and asking them how do I go about exchanging them but they never responded and I could not get a hold of anybody. It was extremely hard to figure out what to do since most of the information was in Chinese. The information below is from an email sent to us from Realypay.com immediately after we ordered.
