Re: Rios-shoes,Cheap Shoes & Sneakers For Men & Women Purchase. On March 31, 2012 I purchased a pair of sandals from their website and used PayPal for payment. On or about April 23 I received a red scouring pad/sponge. I had not ordered a sponge, was confused about why I was receiving a sponge, but did not make the connection that they may have come from the same company. Very clever, very fraudulent - now the company had record they had sent something. A sponge is certainly not sandals! I filed a PayPal dispute in early May and PayPal denied my claim because the company was able to provide shipping tracking information. That's when I realized the sponge was most likely from the company I'd ordered the sandals from! Yesterday and this morning I contacted PayPal with this information, including a link to this website so they can see that there are multiple, similar complaints against this company. Hopefully they will do the right thing.
Update: 05/16/2012
As requested by PayPal, today I filed a criminal complaint with my local police department. PayPal gave me 10 days to do this. When I get the report I'll send it to PayPal and they'll review the dispute.

Just called PayPal. They refunded $. Said I should not have been asked to file a police report by other PayPal representative. A lot of work, but the case resolved in my favor.
