I purchased an item from Play.com and after i had completed my purchase i was offered a £10 Voucher when i bought any other item from play.com, so i entered my details thinking i was filling in the details for play.com only to realise afterwards when i done this that it was nothing to do with play.com but this cheating thieving website, there was no mention of a monthly charge, if there was i would not have signed up. Thinking back now and realising i am also stupid because why would play.com need all my credit card details when they already have them!!! On the flip side i thought that i was receiving a £10 credit from Play.com against my next purchase, i have contacted my bank and cancelled my credit card and will have to contact the banks disputes dept to stop this payment from being taken again and hopefully to get a £10 refund.

  • I experienced the same thing from the trainline website! I was being cheated from completesave.co.uk. too. What did you do at the end? is there anything we can do about this case?
