I cannot not get through to the company. I keep getting a message that there is a fault at the facility and calls are unable to be received. Had I known this would be a monthly deal, I never would have ordered. The steps to return unwanted merchandise are overwhelming! Please intervene! So far, I have just received the "free trial" but I doubt now that this is true and as I mentioned, I don't want this product on a monthly basis.
