International boundaries
are all of these thru the mail sweepstakes scams? They call themselves
Independent Research Organizations and some are TSC,DAP, RPR, FAA...it's hard to believe they are all frauds and are able to go through the post office
to take advantage of people. How could the post office encourage this? I
get approx. 10 of the mailings a day. And I was told on 5-8 that I won 3mil+
by FAA and 1.7mil+ from DAP....how do they get away with this?
