I received a phone call telling I could receive help in getting a Federal loan for starting a business. The cost would be $1.92. I questioned him regarding the validity of this offer. He said it was legitimate. Later in the conversation he informed me that I would be charged a monthly fee of $54 and change. I asked to speak with his supervisor, but he came back on the line and pretended to be the supervisor. I insisted upon speaking with his boss, who told me I would have to wire them to cancel because they had already processed my request. The e-mail address they gave me was not correct and the phone number they provided is always busy.
