We hired Mellanie Martin as Business Development to develop vendor business for Liberty Capital to offer working capital products. While working for us getting trained, getting marketed, and getting paid draw, she was funneling deals to her brother's company which is Equipment Capital LLC owned by SAM MARTIN. She now took all our leads to Equipment Capital LLC. As a lender, broker or anyone planning to work with her will end up getting screwed. She will ask her customers money upfront for working capital and leasing deals even if the deal isn't approved just so she can make money. She withholds information from disclosing to the lenders. She will steal your customers & vendors. Avoid hiring this person. Avoid accepting her re-brokered deals as all of them are bad. Mostly of her deals come from one-man-leasing brokers targeting bad credit. She stole list from me and Mesa Leasing to market as her own. Avoid accepting this person as a broker. As a vendors avoid working with Mellanie Martin as she will steal your deals and send it to other vendors or her brother (SAM MARTIN) who also broker equipment.
