I looked at my checking account online and saw 31.96 taken this morning from avanix loan. I never gave these people permission to take anything. I am very carefull online and made the mistake of giving my account number for a payday loan that I never recieved. I called the number for the prossesing company for avanix and they are trefunding the 31.96. The problem is that now I have the domino effect as it threw my account into overdraft. My brother is a corp attorney and I will be sueing avanix for damages as it looks like this is going to cost me in excess of 500.00
