I was cold called by the above company, asking if I had ever had a loan of any kind. I said yes and was asked 'how would you like to make £1000' I made no reply but foolishly gave bank details and the call was ended.
The next I knew, a contract arrived in the post and a withdrawel was made from my account of the above sum.
On the 25th of April I tried to cancell any contract they seemed to think they had with me.
To date I have contacted Tucanclaims ten times, each time I get another excuse why my money has not been returned to me.
They have admitted an error, a cheque has been in the post for three months now.
All documentation is available along with e-mails if required
Can you help please!

Regards Margaret Rout (Mrs) (Customer Ref. 9271569)

PS I am a 72year old pensioner and can ill aford to loose such a lot of money
