I ORDERED A WIRELESS KEYBOARD AND MOUSE ONLINE FROM INDIA TIMES ON NOV.07/2011. THE SAME PRODUCT DID NOT WORK AT ALL SINCE I BOUGHT IT. I IMMEDIATELY INFORMED INDIA TIMES THIS PRODUCT HAS ONE YEAR REPLACEMENT WARRANTY. UPON RECEIVNG THE DAMAGED PRODUCT I WROTE TO INDIA TIMES MORE THAM 25/30 E-MAILS. EVERYTIME THEY PROMISED TO REPLACE THE DIFFECTIVE PRODUCT.BUT UP UNTIL TODAY THEY DID NOT DO SO.I EVEN WROTE TO THEIR OPERATION HEAD BUT NO RESPONSE. I AM VERY SICK AND TIRED OF THEIR FALLS PROMISES.I THINK PEOPLE DEALING WITH INDIA TIMES SHOULD BE CAREFULL.LOOKS LIKE THIS IS A FRAUD COMPANY.I HAVE ALL THE CORROSPONDENCE FROM THE BEGGENNING WITH THEM WHICH I AM GOING TO PUBLISH.
