I am Kerene Bennett and purchase a ticket from them for a flight on the 12/5/2012 from Kingston to Rapid City. I was sent an e-ticket before I made the payment and I confirm that e-ticket No. with America Airline and they saw where it was booked. After which I made bank transfer on the 5/2/12 and since the confirmation of payment was receive I am still not in receipt of my e-ticket neither am i able to speak to anyone. They are constantly asking me to do something else and that they will get back to me within a hour, to date I am not in receipt of anything and i am not able to make contact. Can someone provide us with some information please?
