NICK in shipping at AmeriHerb Herbalcom 803 E Lincoln Way,Ames Iowa says he did not receive your order or does not respond to emails 7 days after putting the order in. I am sure the owner has no idea what he is doing to this business's reputation.You send him the confirmation email with details and he says we do not have it.He then lies again and retakes the order and says it was sent yesterday although no confirming email is sent nor has the credit card been processed. You may or may not get your order consumers, depends who is processsing the order that day in shipping.
It would be great if a person that cares was hired to run this shipping dept.Herbs are to heal people and this behavior does not go with Health and healing, this is toxic and grossly negative....
