On Feb. 23, 2012 , I placed an order for the orgreenic skillet i had seen on infomercials on tv. By the time I had finished ordering, they had convinced me to pay extra for some kind of special coating, which brought the cost to 46.96. I was told the pans would be shipped in 2 to 3 wks. I did not recieve them, or the money was not charged to my debit card. Then on April 3,2012, it was taken out of my account. I waited a couple of weeks later, I called to find out when to expect my pans and was told my order was canceled on April 1st.,2012. I asked why my money was taken after the order was canceled, and the man laughed and said he had no idea. I was assured that it would be refunded immeditely. Needless to say, I still have not recieved my refund. But they do still assure me every time I call that I will very soon.
I have no idea if these pans are good or not, but my grandaughter purchased on at WalMart and said it's wonderful. She was much smarter about how to purchase one than I was. But I have learned a valuable lesson from this.DON'T ORDER ANYTHING BY PHONE AGAIN! EVER
