Email sent on May 4, 2012:
"I have contacted someone at your company around April 4 to cancel my order, because I had a skin reaction to the products and therefore had to stop using them after just a few days (unfortunately, I do not have the name of the person).

I was then told to return the products, which I did the next day, and that I would be reimbursed for the fees which have had been charged to my credit card.

However, since that date, I have not been reimbursed yet and additional amounts have been charged to my credit card, which is not acceptable.

Since I was unable to obtain the line in trying to talk to someone on the phone, I am writing to you today in order have the problem solved.

I therefore ask you to reimburse on my credit card the following amounts as soon as possible (I have copied those amounts from my credit card electronic statement).

I hope the situation will be quickly rectified by your company.

Thank you for your cooperation."
