I completed a contract with this company in April. I sent in collateral payment for a personal loan for $5,000. My first collateral payment was $477.00 by moneygram and after that $500.00. The loan officer told me after the 2nd collateral payment that they will call me in 20 minutes to forward my loan funds immediately, but they never called back.
