Tried to get an unsecured loan. They said they needed my debit card details to check my credit worthiness and like a fool I gave them the details. They then debited my account to the tune of £100 which I did not authorise. Can't get through on their number either which is a premium rate number - on hold for ages!

I enquired about a loan with this company. Was told I had to provide my card details and subsequently £69 was taken from my account. I have written to the company, emailed, tried phone calls. No answer, then I found this site.
Together along with all the other complaints I hope to take my complaint to small claims and sue to get my money back -
