In January '12 we applied for a health insurance policy and an accident policy to go with it. After 4 months of waiting, we were turned down for the health policy (odd, because we are in our early 50's and perfectly healthy), but as it turns out these guys were secretly charging us for the accident policy ($85 per month). They put the charges through on different dates of the month and it fools you. Luckily we caught them early, but they have refused to reimburse us our $170. They tell you specifically that your account won't be charged untill everything is approved. Their customer service department is brutal. If you want to be laid low, just call them.
