I booked a ticket Dammam-Toronto with skysearcheronline.com for my friend.
My e.ticket was false and the airline company did not have my booking. The ticket from 15th June to 11 Aug 2012.

I emailed and phoned for nothing. I try to manage my booking from the airline using the e.ticket and reference no. I start with Gulf Air and then Air Canada I check online for my booking and I call Gulf Air and then Air Canada and they mention we don't have such reference.

I call skysearcheronline who is 3rd party for several Air lines, this is one of the tricks of "skysearcheronline" they make you confidence since they are partners with big airlines names.

both airline company mention to me that they don't have any reference for my reservation, I am trying to buy new seat from the airline directly and pay for 2nd time.

Airlines should send a warning to its customers, and review such agreements with such party "skysearcheronline", and the fact that the skysearcheronline take advantage of the such agreement and this agreements gives the customer a kind of reassurance to the booking by the client.

I make my payment via bank transfer to recipient address: Sky Searcher Online, Ltd., 138 Harley Street, London W1G 7LA, UK.

I have a complete information for the transfer Bank Name, swift/BIC and IBAN.

The Bank should also take actions for such accounts and company, it will be difficult to individual to follow up and sues this company or person, both Air lines and Bank should consider this issue and the hosting company of this domain.
