I was in the publishers clearing house sweepstake and i started receiving letters from them that stated that for me to continue to be considered for the prize I had to send for a certificate of verification. Then on several instances they have requested added payments for services they say they rendered. Asking for twenty dollars for each request 4-17-12, 5-1-12, 5-4-12, 5-5-12, 4-18-12. They have sent the certificated and I have some of them in my possession. The address above was on the back of the communication. I had written a check today but didn't feel comfortable about this so I tried to call but there was no listing in either name.
