I purchased a groupon for $50.00 toward $100.00 for a new windshield. Gave make model etc. of car. Wilson, owner of Elite Glass and person in training came to my house, took out the cracked windshield and then determined the new windshield would not fit. They put back in the cracked windshield and said they would need to order a different model. Wilson came alone and replaced it after three additional days. Now, the windshield is rattling and I have called twice for him to come out and fix it, replace it, or give me my money back. I can only leave messages, he will not take or return my calls.
