Ordered two waterproof closed circuit security cameras. When I received them, neither were waterproof as advertised. The items were cheap knock offs. I contacted Tmart customer service by email to complain about the cameras and got no reply. I contacted them several days later and again no reply. I contacted PayPal and my credit cart company and filed a complaint with each. Then I heard from Tmart. I eventually got them to pay for return shipping of the items. It is my firm belief that these are a bunch of crooks. They would have never replied to my emails had I not contacted PayPal and Chase. Chase refunded the $112 to my credit card. It took hours to file the complaint with Paypal and Chase, but I was determined they were not going to get away with stealing from me.
