I complained to the FCC (Federal Communications Commission); you can find their site on the Internet. Maybe if everyone complains, they will act. I noticed charges for ClickGen on my T-Mobile bill. What is this? I called T-Mobile to inquire. I was told it was a 3rd party charge, and I signed up for it by either texting to this company or by responding to a survey. I recall neither! T-Mobile agreed to block this charge in the future and gave me a number to call to unsubscribe. Customer care was closed, but the message said I could unsubscribe through a website or phone number for Mobile Messenger; I did both. How can a wireless carrier just add a charge from a 3rd party without direct approval from me? I had the same charges on the last 5 bills, maybe more. When searching for ClickGen, the website is very vague as to the nature of this company. I recall getting strange text messages and deleting them. If deleting them consitutes signing up for their service, whatever it is, then I consider that fraud. Send your complaints to the FCC until they act on this.
