This charge involves my attempt to subscribe to their service which I was not able to do because of technical problems on their end and therefore did not do. I emailed them advising them of the problem. As a result I was provided a phone number which I called. I worked with a customer service person for over an hour and she was unable to correct the problem so I gave up. Therefore no subscription provided and no fee was earned. If anything they should pay me for stealing my time.

This merchant has the very unscrupulous policy of charging the consumers credit card before they deliver the goods and as evidenced by the fact they did not credit me like they promised. The merchant’s customer service person lied to me telling me they would credit back the charge to my account.

In essence what this company does is unethical; and dishonest. Additionally they deceptively operate under the name of Christianity taking advantage of the credibility this gives them with God fearing people.
