I purchased three video games over the course of several months that were either incomplete or have malfunctioned with large sections of data that just up and disappeared, rendering the game useless in it's current form. The most recent purchase was a game called, "Splinter Cell Conviction" and after playing it a few times, it suddenly lost critical components to the game and many aspects that you have to earn through various game-play challenges. After contacting the company, they merely throw a few worthless suggestions to fix the problem that don't even add up to an educated guess as to what's wrong. Video game companies get away with this behavior all the time and it costs a small fortune to buy these games, the customer has a right to purchase a functioning product that doesn't break down after it's been played a few times. They try to blame the user's computer or network because it's difficult to prove otherwise, but there's nothing wrong with my system and I don't have any problems with any other games but theirs.
