xfinity came out to hook up cable first they didnt have enough boxes then when tech.was hooking cable he said they signed me up for multispanish cable and i only speak english.then when i called on they told me for the english was going to be 109.95 instead of 99.95 then i argued the point so finally they said alright i got disconnected before call was completed then i was told when i called back it would be 104.95.if i go through email it would be 5.00 cheaper i said that no one explained that to me. so i said so installation is 9.95 i was told the fee was wavied when i talked to several techs. april 16,2012 and asked each one the same question.they said it would only be 9.95 so to find out now installation is 84.00 after all the talking i did.i talked to following techs. jennifer norton from denver promotion department zachry coronado and gloria johnson on april 16,2012.the first two told me the same thing about 9.95 the last person gloria johnson was suppose to port my old no. now when tech. came out they gave me a new no. so i called back they told me it would be three days or 72 hours before that happens today is may 4,2012 ihave no phone service that iam able to phone out on.and i have now been on hold for 30 minutes.wating for a tech to come back they are so full of it once they get your service they throw aside all they are trying to do is get next customer not pleasing the ones they have.
