On April 13, 2012. I noticed my bank account was short by $30. I checked online and there was a unauthorized charge of $30 from Capital Advance. I called my bank and there refunded the overdraft fee for me but I had to deal with the company to get my refund back. I called 866-78-4025 and have been dealing with them all the way up until today. I have been able to discuss the situation with the company and was told they would refund the money back with 10 days. I called on May 1st and was told that it was scheduled to be put back into my account today, May 4th. I checked my account today and still not there. I've been calling all day and getting the message that they were experience high volume of calls today and wait 5 mins before I get disconnected!!! It is very annoying that it is that EASY for someone to steal from your bank account and NOTHING can be done about it. Its already hard enough out there (thats why we all try for payday loans) for people to steal from you. There has to be something we can do!!!!
