Jeg bestilte to prøveprodukter som jeg betalte kr. 59,. pr. stk i porto i Mars. Jeg fikk kun ett produkt, og sendte mail til support om at jeg ikke hadde fått det andre produktet. Jeg fikk til svar at det kunne være forsinkelse i toll. Jeg skrev at jeg ikke var villig til å betale for flere produkter før jeg hadde fått begge to og prøvd dette ut i en måned. 28. April hadde jeg blitt trekt to beløp uten å ha mottat noe mer produkter fra Visa kortet mitt.
