Trouble is they never had it my size in those colors and the shop in my city couldn't order them.
A few weeks ago, a friend, shoes-ahoolic, found them on Rios-Shoes at half price and in my size : http://shop.elnaturalista.com/f1eur/n403-grain-vaquero-arona-acebo-cork-oak.html
Eventhough i was surprised by the stock number, i didn't check the website and being low on money, i bought them without further thought.
Now the 3rd of May, after two unanswered mails and a status order being still "PayPal status: Pending unilateral", i checked on Google and found all the complaint on scambook.
As i paid via Paypal even if i don't have a Paypal account, i contacted them and is now waiting for their answer (for the record, it is not the first time i pay this way and previous time, there wasn't any trouble with the companies) and tomorrow, i'll go to my Bank see what i can do (and how much it will cost me).

Got a bot answer from paypal (France) saying i should do a complain.
Ahah, seems they didn't read fully my complaint as i do NOT have any Paypal account and therefore cannot do complain.
And i know the Bank will charge me for the complain.
If someone has a rope to hang myself... -

Nearly a month later. I finally created a Paypal account in order to contact them for a reclamation. Didn't go quite as i hoped but i finally manage to get a reclamation DONE and get confirmation the 13 of May. The 22 of May, Paypal contacted me saying that RS gave them a tracking number. Tracking saying that the item is in France since May the 17th... Problem : it was not sent via EMS therefore French Post changed the tracking number. I am NOT paying and will not lose money and time calling them to know what happened to it.
Second bigger problem : Paypal France considers screen capture to be ineligible as proof. What can i give them ? I have nothing else but the one of my RS account with their lies (they claim having refunded me AND their paypal transaction number is different of the real one).
Third problem, with Paypal France of course, is that as item was not bought en ebay, they won't care what i receive, they won't refund me. Total protection is ONLY if you buy with them on ebay.
In short, i'm stuck with only my eyes to cry on my stupidity as i will never get a refund (and i don't know about Paypal US but contacting Paypal France is quite hard and very time consumming in searching how to contact them, add to that they seem quite corrupted and partial, yay).
Oh and of course my bank can't do anything.
I've submitted all i could think of here (screen cap of course but altered as i erased any confidential information) but i doubt it will be of any help to me. -
