First off, we did not realize until today that the contractors invoice has no last name on it. Our bad. We hired Mark approx. 4/20/12 to fix defects on our handicap ramp and polyurathane it and also remove the 12ft. satellite dish from our back yard. The railing on part of the ramp is sticking up from the slats and the 7ft of post and concrete from the sat. dish is still in the yard/driveway and he didn't finish filling in the hole from where he removed the dish. He was paid in full the last 1/3 = $215.00 on 4/2/12...with the promise he would be back in a few hrs to complete the job. This is May 3rd and he won't even take our calls.
