This Company is running a complete scam operation. I ordered a sample bottle of Pureberry Max for $4.95 on March 25, 2012. On April 8, 2012, an amount of $84.78 was added to my Discover Card. I called to complain and waited 25 minutes and then was disconnected. This morning, I called again and the gal I talked to refused to refund the $84.78. After I became irate, nicely, she said she would credit me with half the amount. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she said she was a supervisor, which I do not believe. After I continued to complain about the charge, she offered me 75% refund. That was her final offer so I accepted it. This should not happen to innocent people. There is no e-mail that works for customers to reach the Company itself.
