i had invested on this ptc site through paypal as their site says when reaching payout min all payments are instant, i requested payout and still pending since july i opened a dispute on paypal and the admin message all members saying he will pay the reason was because he had to verified accounts so they wont have multiple accounts and we closed dispute and after we waited he had a promo saying those who upgrades get $100 in alertpay and how can they get that money when we who invested long never got payment after 2 days i try to go to the site and it was suspended, this guy is a fraud and a scammer i have a pic proof of my payment i did to them and everything needed
